The heart of this ministry is "to help a mission field become a mission force." Bill and Debra have been missionaries in Mexico for over 20 years and have begun to impart a mission's vision to the Latin Church. In 2000 they started LAM, a missions agency that sends missionaries from Mexico to unreached people in other nations.
