We decided at our inception that we would be about Our Father's Business all over the world and to do that, we would need a strong missionary team to represent us. We select our missionaries on the basis of their intelligence and adaptability as well as their calling. We try to have a balanced world-wide effort by selecting missionaries on every continent is the world.
