Missionaries

Troy and Julie Hendricks are new missionaries with Send International and are working with a church-planting team in Spain..

Troy has taught high school English for the past 12 years. In June 2001 he earned a Lay Minister's License with the United Brethren Church, and also completed training in TEFL(Teaching English as a Foreign Language) through the Institute for Cross-Cultural Training at Wheaton College.

Julie worked with Campus Crusade for Christ in Minneapolis for 3 years following college, prior to marrying Troy. For the 7 years before going to Spain she was a stay-at-home-mom.

After language study, Troy's main responsibility will be to coordinate a TEFL program. Troy's teaching experience and Julie's Spanish language skills are a great asset to the team.
